How do you warm up your breast milk?

I have an avent bottle warmer. Does anyone else have one and can tell me how they warm their milk up from the fridge and then how they warm up milk from the freezer? Also what do you do with your milk when you need to go somewhere. Does the baby just drink it cold?

I warm mines with Hot water in a cup ... wether its from the fridge or freezer. We breastfeed when we go places . She won’t drink cold milk has to be almost Hot for her to drink

We just the that warmer. From fridge - put in warm with water up to the milk level and turn dial to the first bottle setting (he drinks 4oz) and leave it in for 5 minutes. Instructions say 3 minutes but that’s not warm enough for my little guy when it’s coming out of the fridge. Frozen - set to defrost setting and put storage bag in with lots of water. Then transfer to bottle once liquid and finish warming.

We don’t warm it. He gets it room temp so we just take it out of the fridge a little while before he needs it.
