I know you’re thinking “TAKE HER TO THE VET!!” And I will!! But I’m confused because everything I’ve searched online has said that it shouldn’t be a concern, unless it occurs with your dog acting weird / not normal as well. My dog has been eating well and acting fairly normal.

So my dog has been throwing up clear saliva (usually at night) and I took that to her having digestion issues. I read it clears up on its own and clear shouldn’t cause for concern. Well this morning I saw throw up on the floor and picked it up. It was brown with a spot of blood. Now I am feeling concerned. My vet has been temporary closed without warning and it’s a pain bc they have all her records (I should’ve gotten my own copies) and transferring her has been a pain. But I’ve attached a photo below so beware for those who are easily grossed out. Have you seen this before in your dogs? Should I be concerned enough to take her to the emergency vet or wait until tomorrow when the vet opens? (I’m going to just take her to a new one and start over with records for now I suppose).

I love my dog and I do my best to take care of her! I usually don’t rely on threads for advice but I could really use some right now!
