Piercing while pregnant?

I've been wanting to pierce my nose. I'm 4 months pregnant. Has anyone gotten a piercing while expecting? or should I wait?

Don’t do it because you can set yourself up for an infection. There was a girl who was pregnant got a tattoo, tattoo got mysteriously infected. She lost her baby and now shes in a wheelchair.. i know it’s not the same but just dont risk it, our immune systems are suppressed so we dont kill our babies.. so if your immune is suppressed then it will take forever for the nose ring to heal.

It’s better to wait. I for one am not allowed to get any nose piercings because conservative parents and all that but my friend made me a fake one that looks legit and I know they sell fake ones at chains like Claire’s...However, handmade ones are more likely to stay in place

I have my tongue, ears, and belly pierced. My doctor told me I’d have to take ALL piercings out no matter what during delivery Incase a c-section is needed. I’d wait till after birth because if you have to take your nose ring out chances are it’ll close back up 😭 I’ve had my belly button done since I was 18 I’m 22 and I took it out around 15 weeks because it was agitated well around 23 weeks I tried to put it back in just to see what it’d look like and my belly ring hole closed up😭😭 I didn’t think it would close up because I’d already had it done for so long but it sure did and I’m so sad!!
