First period pain?

Did anyone have increased cramps or PMS symptoms with the first period pp?  I've had awful low back cramps for 2 days now but no period in sight...I'm 13 weeks pp.

Just got my first pp period at 13wks.....it's much heavier despite being in birth control pills and seems to be lasting ages compared to pre-pregnancy.

Had worse cramps and heavier bleeding. Also bled for longer. No fun!

Yes! That first one is the worst!

My first period PP was shorter than usual - but the cramps were ridiculous! I've even been much more aware of when I am ovulating because the pain is awful then as well.
