I Need Help

Okay so I came to the conclusion that after I get out of college I want to get my tubes tied. I don't want to do birth control, and I have a higher risk with pregnancy.

I don't have kids and me and my SO don't plan on to/don't want any. I am currently a 19 college freshman. When I graduate I'll be 22. Is it still possible to get it done when I do not have kids and 22?
