Vitex in my prenatal
Okay question: I started taking a fertility booster that is just basically a prenatal, but I looked closer and it has 50mg of Vitex. I know that’s a small amount but I have regular cycles and I’m worried I just screwed it up. I’ve been taking it for about 3 weeks and my period is normal and it was normal this month, but I’m worried I’m not going to ovulate... 🤦♀️ has anyone taken a tiny amount of Vitex with normal cycles and been okay?
