Does anyone have any experience with PMDD?( Pre Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder)

I had talked to a doctor years ago about PMDD and was concerned that I may have it but they dismissed it and just said it was mental health. But I have been doing a ton of research and am now starting to believe more than ever that I really am suffering from this and have been for many years. I was just trying to get some insight on what others may have experienced with it. Thanks guys!!

I was diagnosed with PMDD. I’m on YAZ birth control and take it continuously so I don’t have periods at all. Honestly it’s improved my quality of life so much. I also use CBD and that helps as well.

Not all doctors are knowledgeable about every condition and some just aren’t good doctors. You know you best. Get another opinion if you’re not satisfied and prepare a list of symptoms to discuss.
