So I currently have two options on the table and I’m not sure what to choose! Keep in mind either one I choose my 2 month old baby will be taken care of by my SO, considering we’ve decided to work opposite shifts of one another.

I can continue working from home and make $9-11 an hour, but it’s kind of through a temp agency so every few months my job description changes.

Or I do something more stable & obtain a phlebotomy certification in a 6 week program and make about $15-17 an hour. This job is not WFH.

My SO pays all the bills, so whatever I make is just for supplementing and saving.. which is kinda of why it’s hard to make a decision on.
