Prenatals?!

We are about to start trying.. What natural prenatals are the best? Also, Vitamin wise-Should I take anything with the prenatal?

I take the Garden of Life prenatal and a fish oil supplement. The downside is that you have to take the vitamin 3x a day, but I think it’s worth it because all of the nutrients come from real plant sources, not synthetically made.

Rainbow light prenatal! Its natural, vegan, and doesnt have a laxative in it. I had some constipation the first few weeks. But my body adjusted after that.

This is what I’m taking. It’s all food-derived and organic. The omega-3 is algae derived(just cutting out the middle man...or middle fish).

Honestly, the only “natural” way is to get it all through food. However, unless you’re eating all organic and a super balance don’t diet every meal, that’s not entirely realistic. I’ve found these prenatal work wonders for me. However, I’ve started taking an extra iron supplement...and I always take an extra b12 sublingual on the weekend to give me and baby and extra boost.

I just take women’s one a day prenatals lol... none of that expensive designer stuff. I also took 81mg of aspirin everyday when I was TTC
