Gaining weight 😎

I'm about 5'4 and way about 100lbs. I need to gain weight but nothing seems to work because of my metabolism.

I'm not insecure about my weight per se. I'm just need to thicken up to about 125/130 so my periods can be normal & & so I won't be cold all the time. Small deal for you but a big deal for me. Any suggestions or advice? How Tos or DIYs? Please hmu, comment. Something. I need some help

I talked to my doctor, dude just gave me these appetite pills. I threw them away bc that's not how I'm trynna do it.

Im an ex athlete whose body just won't stop metabolism everything I eat. Basketball and track❤️

I practice yoga bc weight lifting and stuff makes me supper skinny.

I do find it extremely hard to eat 3 FULL meals a day. But that is something I need to do.

I was on birth control and that shit did nothing but make me go crazy 😂😂

I've heard of apetamin, I'm just really scared to try that.

I am taking a multivitamin as well as magnesium daily.

I've been to 123 lbs before but I feel like that was just the fresh 20 for me. Lol a semester later, it was Gone!! Haha maybe it's stress or something.

Anyways, I will try out the suggestions and let you gals know the results. I'll post pictures if you are interested.
