First Prenatal appointment tomorrow!

I am excited and scared at the same time. I haven’t had any sickness at all, my breasts hurt up until 8 weeks and other than throwing up once I’ve been feeling good. So scared of receiving bad news such as MMC . Ladies. Advice needed. Someone talk me down....ugh
