I usually wash it M/W/F, more if necessary or less if I'm not too sweaty or it's super cold or something. I wash less in the summer because I swim and it gets rinsed.

Use to everyday, hair was so damaged. Than every second day didnt make a difference so now I go about 3-4 days but i bath/shower every day without washing my hair.
