I didn't want to do it.

i didn't want to have sex without a condom. I tell my SO that every time but the other night he did it anyway and was being forceful. I know he didn't mean it to be anything but I was pretty upset and afterwards he realized what he had done and was crying and apologizing & that made me feel bad but I didn't do anything wrong. what should I do and how should I go about talking to him about it for future reference.
