Does Birth Control affect bowel movements?

Anybody know? Cause I’ve noticed I haven’t used the bathroom as much since I’ve been on birth control!?

Answer

It can effect it. You can always change your diet to "get back on track" with what you're used to, but as long as you're not experiencing discomfort during a movement or between movements or having excessive amounts of diarrhea or weird looking stool (blood, black, green, etc.) you're probably fine.
