6 week old with rash.. I'm freaking out. Any idea what this could be?

Could just be irritated from detergent / fabric softener. What are you using for detergent?

It could possibly be a heat rash

Looks like heat rash! My doctor wanted me to put Vaseline on my LO but it's on her face, ears, neck so can easily get in her eyes/mouth.... I used coconut oil and it's doing wonders for her!! And it's organic and totally safe(: 
It's not that bad here but I didn't take a picture when it was at it's worse!
