Down in the dumps

I was engaged to a great guy but the last few months we’ve been fighting he broke up with me to work on himself and go to therapy I love him and want to be with him I’ve told him so many times he says he needs to get help in his own I’m so confused and sad how do you get over someone when you aren’t ready to let go 😞
