tear in vagina

i had sex with my boyfriend and he ended up tearing my vagina a little bit at the bottom . i didn’t think anything of it and we weren’t going to have sex until it healed but we slipped up today . it was kind of dry and hurt the cut . we checked it and it looked fine . i just got home and there was this in my underwear ::

i’m on cycle day 12 and my cycles are 28 days because i’m on birth control . i take my birth control everynight and the exact same time so it can’t be breakthrough bleeding ? i don’t ovulate so it can’t be ovulation bleeding ? it’s too early for implantation bleeding ?? is this just from my tear ?!!
