I missed ONE day of my birth control then doubled up the next day and I got my period now.. like why did that happen??? Ugh

Because birth control regulates your period so when you go to you sugar pill or miss a day it can bring on your period because your body doesn’t have that hormone in it. I’m surprise you got it just by missing one.

Well birth control doesn’t always prevent periods, sometimes it just lessens them
