Haakaa to hospital?

I don’t want to just leak colostrum into a breast pad while at the hospital. Did anyone bring their haakaa with them to the hospital? 
Did you also bring storage bags or I was thinking baby could get it via oral syringe?

I'm not bringing a haakaa but I am bringing my milk savers I just got!! I probably will bring a few small vials that I got at the hospital last time to put it in and will ask them for a syringe if needed.

No, we only stay one night here in Canada for vaginal delivery. Not nearly enough colostrum to use the Hakka. Once milk comes in then yes!

Waiting on my 2nd one to arrive this week! I’ll take the smaller one, they take up practically no space and don’t require fiddly bits sterilising, so would rather have it on the off chance I have milk jugs flowing from the heavens than not 😂 our hospital is a 4–day stay for non-complicated vaginal birth so it’s also reasonably long enough to expect a bit might come in if so 😊
