So I’m trying to start losing weight or at least look better — be healthier?

I have been biking 15-30 minutes a day 4 days a week. Trying to fix eating habits, not as easy, but getting there!

Now, in addition, I’m doing an ACV (apple cider vinegar) Dr. Oz drink. I’ve watched several YouTube videos and a lot of girls say it works.

It’s 1 cup orange juice, 2 tsp ACV, and 1 tsp honey(I’m using blue agave nectar). I will update in a week!

Anyone doing the same/ tried this? Please let me know your experience or what works best for you/self discipline, techniques, etc.!
