Still no period

I’m about 14 weeks post c-section and STILL haven’t had a period. Is this normal? I’m a first time mom, and never expected to have a c-section so I don’t actually know any of this. I don’t go in to see my doctor again until next month. Just wanting to know y’all’s stories.
