Today I had what I believe to be Braxton Hick contractions (I’m a FTM, so the last couple weeks that’s what I’ve been thinking they are). Earlier this morning I had 3 in the span of less than 20 minutes. First was just bad cramps and tightening lasting 2 minutes, a few minutes after the second time I had bad cramps, shooting pain in back, and tightening for about 4 minutes. Third was a few more minutes later lasting about 3 minutes.. I got scared because it hadn’t ever happened like that. They went away, but have been going on off and on with back, side and cramping pain all day.. just not as consistent. Is this normal Braxton Hicks, or labor contractions? I’m 26 weeks 3 days.
