Birth control/pcos
I have pcos and I am supposed to start birth control today. I have been off and on with birth control because the risk of getting a blood clot makes my anxiety so bad. They lowered my dose and changed my pill they gave me avian, is there any advice on how to lower my anxiety about the risk with birth control?
