I’ve had several miscarriages in the past so I’m paranoid... I’m 4+2. I’ve been having some light cramping since about a week before I found out I was pregnant (I don’t know DPO, we were actively preventing and I wasn’t following my ovulation cycle. I do know my period is late as of Friday and it’s Sunday). My boyfriend and I had sex yesterday and i spotted immediately after but it stopped in less than 10 mins. Same again today, had sex immediately some spotting but went away. Never even any blood in underwear just literal spots on toilet paper. It’s never been any severe cramps or bleeding and twice in the past I started to miscarry within an hour of sex. So I was hesitant but we were gentle. Is light cramping and spotting normal? I’ve never just had spotting... always just straight bleeding and miscarriage.
