Losing weight
Hey everyone.
I’m just gonna come right out and say it, I need to lose weight, I am almost 300lbs and I’m only 17 and I’ll be 18 here soon. My self confidence is so low and I just constantly eat and in the back of my head i know I need to stop. But I can never actually do it. I always say “ok this is it I need to start eating right” but it never happens. I know it’s my fault. I know I need to learn self control. I just never have the motivation. So, with all that being said, what are the best.. diets I guess. Or foods that can help lose weight? Any ideas. Anything will help. Even words of encouragement. Thanks guys. ❤️
