Rash on same spot both hands?

What could this be from?? I just had a baby if that helps any. My skin was extreeeemely dry from washing my hands constantly  and then when I put lotion on I noticed this popped up. Is it just from dry skin or something else? Some pics of hand food and mouth look like this but others don’t and I don’t have the rash anywhere else. It also stings so idk. Please help

Does it or has it ever itched ? Honestly looks like eczema. Which can flare up at any time. and is genetic. A very common area is hands. Esp after washing a lot. I have it and it itches but if you've scratched it or your hands have become dry and irritated it can crack and then using scented lotions or hand sanitizer will def make it sting.

This looks like eczema, I suffer with it too and it’s not fun! I tried creams from the dermatologist that didn’t work for me, I’ve tried every over the counter cream out there with no relief. The only thing that helped me was using a brand called Epionce (professional skin care) priming oil followed by medical barrier cream. Literally in one night my hands were so much better. Hope you can get it under control and some relief soon!
