I’m 11weeks pp and my husband and I just did it for the first time today since I had the baby.

Lol as soon as I got my staples out so maybe 1  1/2 weeks or something I would NOT recommend it I only did it because I felt my body could handle it an we did take it a little easy the first couple days an then we went back to normal I did NOT do any moves or anything for a good month maybe 2 , 2 1/2 months just in case it was strictly military or sometimes me on top. So please be careful. Honestly I didn’t listen an thank god nothing happened because I was lifting heavy shit an doing house work like Normal once I was able to walk again I didn’t use pain meds either because I can’t stand that tired feeling it gives me so I healed naturally. But if you plan on doing anything make sure you’re able to handle it first
