Stomach flu?

So I started what I think is my period but it’s so light there a little bit of blood on my pad been having it on for about 4 hrs. I’ve been throwing up & been having cramps with some back pain. Idk if I could be getting the stomach flu (my sister & niece has it) or I could probably be pregnant or something? Could I test to see if I am?

If it’s red blood and more than a teaspoon you are having a period. And being sick is probably causing it to be so light. Or you may just be having a light period. If it was pink and you only had a little bit of blood when you wiped then you should consider pregnancy. But you probably are not. Back pain is normal in periods and so is throwing up. (I threw up every single time I had a period)
