Gf and I dated for 8 months. She dumped me a while ago because i wasn’t the best boyfriend...
Well 7 months later shes now moved on in a new relationship...
Is this for real or is this just a rebound?

Not any of your business if she finds someone else. & it’s been 7 months, thats no longer a rebound. Dating someone immediately after relationship (1-2mos) is possibly a rebound but that’s also not 100% guaranteed a rebound.
Just wish that she’s in a good relationship.

7 months is almost the length of your relationship with her. That's not moving on quickly. And when someone breaks up with you, you have to remember that the relationship ended emotionally to them long before they finally physically ended it. So by the time they do physical end it, they've already grieved the relationship and have been working on moving on. They had a head start.
