Cranberry juice?

What is cranberry juice supposed to do for you're vagina? I keep seeing women say drink cranberry juice but they dont say what it does, someone educate me please 🤔

It doesn’t do anything for your vagina. It’s actually very good for the bladder and it’s supposed to help prevent bladder infections. Women who have chronic bladder infections often take cranberry capsules or drink lots of cranberry juice. If you also feel like you may be getting a bladder infection you can drink cranberry juice to try and prevent it from getting worse. However if you feel like you’re getting a bladder infection it’s probably too late and you need antibiotics. Hope this helps :)

It has to be sugar free raw cranberry juice. It helps keep your urinary tract clear. You have to drink loads of it every single day for it to actually to do anything though. Read the studies on it.
