They got my days off... think baby is big
So according to my calculations I am currently 24 weeks exactly. But my midwife thinks I am 23 weeks. The confused come from when I first went in they went off my “estimated” last period.” When I knew the day I conceived. By my tracking baby has been in point with everything, and before my first ultrasound I said that I believed I was farther along. But they told me if the baby didn’t measure a full week from the date they believed, they would keep my prop due date.(June 25th) even though I believe my due date should be the 17th.
Anyways, it hasn’t really been a big deal until I just had my anatomy scan and they said baby girl is measuring within the 85 percentile. Which is pretty big. But I’m thinking it only seems that big because they are almost a full week behind what I think she should be.
I’m not short, I’m about 5’7 and a half, my dad is 6’4 but my husband isn’t super tall. About the same height as me and no one in his family particularly tall. At the time of my scan, I believed I was 21 weeks, and all her measurements either reflected 20 or 21 weeks so everything seemed about right, I’m just think they think my baby gonna be bigger than maybe she actually will be.
At my next appointment should I follow up with this to see if they will change my due date to when I think?
