Frustrating

I have pretty normal cycles...usually 27-28 days. Been TTc baby number 2 for 6 months now, after trying for 5 years with baby number 1. AF showed up today. For some reason this cycle was only 22 days long, as yesterday I was only 11 DPO. Ugh! Why is this so hard! Pic of baby for attention.
