So this might be kind of silly but I just got a positive OPK yesterday for the first time in several months and I am over the moon with joy and hope! Hubby and I have been trying for over 3 years now. I lost my right ovary due to ovarian torsion shortly before we started trying. We got pregnant 6 months after we first started TTC. It resulted in a miscarriage. I didn’t even know I was pregnant until I went to the ER for a period that was extra long and painful. It was hard getting the news that you’re pregnant.. but the baby isn’t going to make it.. all at the same time. Fast forward 2 years and I went to a fertility specialist who diagnosed me with PCOS. 2 rounds of very expensive treatments that failed, another year later and here we still are. Trying. But yesterday I got a positive OPK and spent the day in bed with the hubby. I have hope for the first time in a long time.
