Anyone in here suffering from PCOS?

What are your symptoms? Just curious! I am going to get checked out by a doctor however.

Pain in my ovary constantly throughout my cycle. 
Very irregular cycles
Depression
Awful mood swings
Weight gain of over 120 lbs in 3 years (no diet change)
Hair loss
Very heavy/long periods
Ovarian cysts
Very bad PMS symptoms
Bad inflammation throughout my body 
I went to the doctor because of a cycle that lasted longer than 50 days with abdominal/pelvic pain. After an ultrasound and bloodwork that was the confirmed reason.
