Confused about when to start counting dpo!
Hi ladies! I have a question according to glow I ovulated yesterday and have been peaking since 2/23. As of today I still have a very positive opk test. Last night I experienced Severe cramping on my left side and this morning I had a temp peak of 97.9. Do I start counting as today as my first dpo day? Or am I still ovulating.
