Period Panties!
Does any else have period panties/underwear? Specific pieces of underwear you wear during your period.(Not the absorbent ones you can buy, actual panties that YOU have dubbed to use during your period.) Mine are comfy and hold pads/liners in place. I hesitate tossing them when they get messed up.
