General Questions
I've had PCOS for a long time but wasnt diagnosed until I was about 21, thanks to a webcomic someone drew about it and it fit every symptom they had been testing me on when I was in my teens.
Now I'm trying to get pregnant. Currently I don't have any sort of insurance that covers anything that's considered fertility use, and we've already suffered a miscarriage almost 8 months ago. I'm a month away from what should have been the happiest day of my life, and we haven't had any luck since.
Any suggestions? I'm trying to lose weight but, unfortunately that hasn't gone as well as I wanted (I only ever seem to reach 225 and then I just platform out no matter what I do.) I'm still taking prenatal vitamins, I'm trying to lower my stress levels (not working at all) and we try really hard to make an effort to track my ovulation as best as we can.
Has anyone tried anything that hasn't included getting a doctor involved that's worked for them? Extra supplements? Specific lifestyle changes? Please, any recommendations would help. We're so discouraged.
