Help! Anxiety/Panic attacks at 29 weeks
Any of you mommies deal with anxiety during pregnancy?
If so, how did you cope: manage stress, maintain job, lifestyle ect?
Currently 29weeks, only working 3-4 days a week but still feel so anxious, stressed, and worried each day I wake up. Should I take maternity leave soon? Contact my OB? I feel like I'm blowing this out of proportion but anxiety makes me feel this way.
Having trouble wanting to leave my house and constant uncontrollable crying. I feel like I've failed myself by feeling this way due to my history of anxiety/depression.
