I’ve never experienced

Going into actual labor on my own. Or having any signs. I was dilated to a one when I was induced at 38 weeks. And I’m just wondering what are some signs labor is coming? I know my baby is head down and I can actually feel his head almost sitting in my pelvis. (I guess?). But with that I have been having small contractions here and there nothing I can’t breathe through and nothing to make me worry. Obviously water breaking is one. But I mean leading up to that point. But also, what tips do y’all have for helping labor come along faster?
