So last night I was doing housework and painting some trim when I went to the bathroom and saw red blood. It wasn’t heavy. There was no clotting or tissue. It did taper off and turned light brown spotting, then disappeared within 30 mins. There’s been a couple brown spots when I wiped since. I’ve had light cramping since.

This morning I had what looked like old blood after I strained and had a bowel movement. It tapered off though.

Has this happened to anyone else and it be okay?
