Cramping one day After period ended
First month off nuvaring TTC. The first 2 days I had bad cramps and back ache. Now my period is over just having some brown discharge. And a dull lower backache. And some cramps. Is this normal. I haven’t had a “real” period in. 3yrs due to the birth control.
