What's the right order?

I actually sandwich my workout between cardio sessions.  So cardio, strength/abs, cardio.  Apparently cardio before makes your muscles ready for strength but cardio after works out a lot of the lactic acid and helps your muscles to tone.  
So I’ll start with a half hour on the elliptical and end with a half hour on the bike.  I noticed a huge change in how my body toned when I switched to that.

Always do cardio last so you have enough energy to do weights. If you don’t have enough energy to do weights/core work, then you use incorrect position and can actually injure yourself

I would do strength and cardio on different days but if you want to on the same day then strength and the cardio
