Does anyone have any experience with this?

Prior to pregnancy I was never regular at all. I would probably go once a week so throughout the pregnancy, being constipated just meant I didn't go for longer periods of time. The past week I've been having loose bowel movements a few times a day and today, (sorry tmi) I went once already and there was so much lol. I've also been losing chunks of my mucus plug which I know doesn't really mean labor is coming.

I'm only concerned because I woke up at 5am with a very sharp pain on my lower left side that didnt go away for about an hour even with me getting up and switching positions. So I'm wondering if there's something I'm missing.

Any experience with this ladies?
