Today was the most frustrating day I’ve had at my doctors office than I’ve ever had. I’m required to do these NST test twice a week. Taking time off from work to do this is causing me more stress than need be. I’m a pretty punctual person. I arrived at my appointment 15 mins ahead and still was waiting an half hour. I finally asked the receptionist about the wait and she told me they were 30-45 min behind and after checking with them they told her it could be another half hour before I’m seen. Told her ok, I can’t stay and left. Messaged my doctor about a better solution so she agreed I can do once a week up until week 36 then twice a week thereafter.

I’ve never been more frustrated at an appointment. I understand they see lots of patients but a 30-45 min wait is uncalled for. This is causing me more Anxiety and stress. It’s supposed to lessen it on the baby...lol. Luckily I have an understanding doctor. 🤦🏻‍♀️
