Deciding when to see specialist?

Me and my husband have been TTC for 3 years this april.  We have had 2 misscarriages. One in December 2017 and the other  November 2018. We have  had "hope" therefore we havent went to a fertility specialist yet.  Asking opinions on how long did everyone wait to see a specialist.  Wonder when we should go considering my "hope" is running low.

I had two miscarriages the same time you did and I just seen a specialist today after we did blood work and semen analysis in January! If you're ready for kids and you've been trying for at least a year then you should go!

I would go now. I had a miscarriage in December if 2017 and another miscarriage June if 2018. We went to a fertility specialist in July 2018. We ended up doing IVF and had the egg retrieval October 2018 and first frozen embryo transfer in January 2019.  Seeing the fertility specialist was the best thing I did for myself in this process. It was and is still really hard but I have more hope and more comfort in a really uncomfortable/difficult process.

We saw one after a year and a half. They say over a year of trying if you're under 35 and over 6 months if you're over 35.
