We got married 2 years ago and started fertility treatments the month of our wedding. We have lost 5 babies during our time of trying; one of the loses was our set of twins last April. One of the twins was ectopic and I almost died due to a ruptured tube and blood loss. Shortly after my husband surprised me with a trip to the Dominican Republic(we just went feb. 17th for 7 days) I was apprehensive as I wanted to keep trying and with my PCOS I can’t get pregnant without help. To my surprise 4 days into our vacation I got a positive ovulation test with no fertility meds! I’m over the moon with how special he made me feel and am praying this two week wait goes quickly! This was our last night at the Dominican and he surprised me on the beach! 🥰😍
