Hey Glow family!! first time posting. I need some advice, insight, HELP!

I have a 2yo, he will be 3 in May. We were able to breastfeed for all if his 1st 3 months of birth. Sadly my milk dried up. Recently, past 3 months or so, I have been producing colostrum!! I am currently ttc. I talked with Lactation specialists and they say its either pregnancy or something serious. AF keeps showing up 😕. My OB isnt too concerned and only suggested my SO leave them alone for a while. That hasnt helped!! I did experience a miscarriage and had a DNC in December. Has anyone else dealt with these frustrating problems?? Any input would be nice!
