MY WEIGHT JOURNY
Hello everyone, here is my little story....
Throughout high schooling never weighed over 135 lbs. my junior year I broke my ankle (couldn’t play sports anymore, or even run) being that I couldn’t do anything I gained 10 lbs my senior year. Right out of high school I was in a horrible relationship, always putting me down. Not letting me out the house, I gained 90 lbs. After the relationship ended I told myself I was better than that, found myself a new man (3 years together now) we started working out together & eating healthier. Now when we started I weighed 230 lbs & he weighed 220 lbs. After 1 week, we each lost 15 lbs. So we kept pushing ourselves. I was at a point in my life where I didn’t feel pretty in anything, I couldn’t find clothes to fit me or look decent. I never wanted to do anything because I felt I looked disgusting. So we started an even more intense workout plan & even healthier eating habits. After 4 weeks I lost 45 lbs & he lost 50 lbs. In 1 short month I lost over 45 lbs. I’m so proud to say that I am finally down to 180 lbs, I am no where near my goal but the things I did accomplish in this past month amazed me, I feel so much better. So much more confidence in myself, we’ve been out on 4 dates this month. YOU ARE AMAZING, YOU CAN DO IT TOO.
