Have I ovulated? I have been having trouble sleeping but have been using adjustments. I am having a ton of CM yesterday and today. Came off of Nexplanon for a full cycle and hadn’t thought to chart but that cycle was 23 days and normal used to be 28. Advi

Don’t use adjustments. They are not accurate- they take a ‘one size fits all‘ approach which, of course, doesn’t help at all!

PS the opk I have is Equate and hard to read. Glow thought positive yesterday but my husband and I thought test line looked lighter than the control.
