Birth control recommendations?

I’m going in to get my second birth control implant removed in 3 months because of side effect... Nexplanon caused horrible horrible bleeding and weight gain in just 4 weeks. And now Mirena has caused sever depression after having it for only 4 days so I’m getting it taken out tomorrow not negotiable(my friend told me to try it out for a few more weeks to even out but when I say severe depression I mean severe) so it has to come out. I was taking low dose sprintec (the pill) which wasn’t bad but if I miss it by one hour I’ll start to bleed. I have PCOS and am 6 months pp so my hormones are everywhere and regulating my bleeding is my main cause for BC. I’ll talk to my obgyn tomorrow about some options but I just feel hopeless and lost. I don’t know what to do... wanted to hear some experiences!
